About us

One footprint, done properly

European Pallets UK is an independent supplier working only with the 1200 x 800 Euro format. Specialising this narrowly means we can be accurate about marking, treatment and description — which is where most pallet problems actually live.

What we do

We supply Euro-format pallets — EPAL 1, unbranded timber, lightweight, plastic and heat-treated export-ready — and we explain, carefully, what the marks on a pallet mean. We work from Southampton across Southampton, Hampshire, Dorset, Sussex, Surrey and London, with selective scheduled and bulk work around Heathrow and West London — generally areas reachable in about two hours from Southampton.

What we refuse to do

  • Call an unmarked pallet EPAL, in any wording.
  • Publish stock levels, prices, load ratings or treatment claims that can only honestly be confirmed order by order.
  • Claim certifications, memberships, premises, fleet capacity, delivery guarantees or customer testimonials we do not have.
  • Present ourselves as an authority on your legal obligations. We point at GOV.UK, EUR-Lex and EPAL and let them speak.
  • Sell you a Euro pallet when a different footprint is the right answer.

Independence

Independent UK supplier — not affiliated with the EU or EPAL. EPAL is a registered trademark of European Pallet Association e.V., and only EPAL licensees may produce or repair pallets bearing EPAL marks. We are not a licensee and claim no endorsement. Our logo is our own design and is not the official emblem of the European Union or of any European institution.

How we quote

In writing, against your quantity, route and date, confirming specification, marking, treatment where relevant, availability and lead time. If we cannot source what you need to the standard you need, we say so rather than substitute quietly. Sales start at 100 pallets; collection enquiries are considered from 10.

Why we publish so much guidance

Because nearly every dispute we are asked about could have been avoided by somebody reading a block or a purchase order more carefully. The knowledge centre and the pallet checker exist so that the checking happens before the trailer is loaded rather than after.

How we answer enquiries

Every enquiry is read by a person and answered by email. Availability, routes, condition and treatment are confirmed in writing before you commit to an order — we would rather say “let us check” than guess.
