Delivery constraints come first

In the capital the pallet specification is often the easy part. What decides whether a delivery works is the yard: vehicle length limits, whether a tail lift can be deployed safely on the street, booked delivery windows, and emission-zone requirements for the vehicle itself. Tell us those constraints in the enquiry and we can plan around them; discover them on arrival and everyone loses a morning.

Space is the expensive input

London warehousing costs more per square metre than almost anywhere else in the country, which changes the arithmetic. Holding a large pallet buffer is genuinely costly, so scheduled replenishment against a forecast usually beats bulk stockholding — the opposite of the advice that suits a rural site with spare yard.

Heathrow and West London

We take on selective scheduled and bulk work around Heathrow and West London. Air freight brings its own habits: volumetric charging makes tare weight matter, which is where lightweight Euro-format pallets earn their place — but only where the goods genuinely suit them. We are based in Southampton, not in London. That means London and West London work is selective — scheduled runs and bulk quantities rather than ad hoc same-day drops across the city.
